Terms of Service – 30-Day WordPress Website Maintenance Subscription
1. Subscription Agreement: By subscribing to our 30-day WordPress Website Maintenance service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This agreement establishes the terms under which we, the service provider, will perform website maintenance tasks on your WordPress website for the duration of the subscription.
2. Service Details: The subscription includes routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, plugin updates, security scans, and backups. These tasks are designed to ensure the optimal performance, security, and functionality of your WordPress website. Any additional features or services beyond the scope of routine maintenance may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
3. Subscription Period: The 30-day subscription period begins on the date of subscription confirmation and payment. The maintenance tasks will be performed regularly throughout this period. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 30-day cycle unless canceled by the subscriber. You may cancel your subscription at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle.
4. Payment: Payment for the 30-day subscription is due in full at the time of subscription. The subscription fee is non-refundable once the maintenance tasks have commenced for the current cycle. Any additional services requested during the subscription period will be invoiced separately.
5. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current subscription period upon cancellation. Refunds will only be considered in cases where the service provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon maintenance tasks.
6. Termination of Service: The service provider reserves the right to terminate the maintenance service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.
7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the maintenance service.
By subscribing to our 30-day WordPress Website Maintenance service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service.
